| * Do not include line items for Non-improvement costs such as “taxes”, “insurance”, or “builder’s risk” | |||||
| * Include the Quality, Quantity, and Location of the work, in each line item description | |||||
| * Line item funds will be allocated equally for multi-unit properties unless otherwise specified. |
